Coaching differs from consulting in the direction of solutions. Rather than a consultant putting solutions in to a leader a coach helps draw solutions out of a leader’s heart, experience and to discover God’s direction given his individual context.
Coaching with Matt Soderstrum involves a monthly focused conversation built around a leaders mission, vision and values. Preparation by the coach and the client is a critical key to coaching success. The appointment begins promptly at the agreed upon time and lasts for up to 90 minutes.
